My recent stay at the hotel was quite disappointing, especially considering its supposed five-star rating. While the location was convenient for accessing the city, the service fell short, with staff being unhelpful and often rude. The rooms, although clean, lacked basic amenities like a kettle, which is surprising for this hotel category. Overall, it felt more like a budget hotel than a luxury experience.

While the hotel has some appealing aspects, such as a nice spa experience and a decent breakfast, it falls short in several areas. The rooms had a musty smell and were quite worn out. Additionally, the service was slow at times, making it a frustrating stay overall. The location is not ideal for tourists either, being a bit far from key attractions.

The hotel has a luxurious look and spacious rooms, but unfortunately, the stay was marred by rude service and noise issues from the air conditioning. The facilities, including the bar and pool, felt lacking, making it questionable if this hotel truly earns a five-star rating.
