Fantastic stay!
spacious roommaintained facilities
The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also has full facilities, all highly maintained. I appreciated the location, central but not in the busiest tourist areas.

wonderful presentationmetro station
The staff was attentive. Room service provided a wonderful breakfast presentation with fresh food. i also found many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The train and metro stations were easily accessible.
The fridge was completely empty. I found this surprising for a hotel of this level.

the super nice team the room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage i ate in the restaurant and they provided gluten free bread for me location is a few minutes from the metro it is easy to get around.
i found hallways and rooms very dark the breakfast was ordinary the bread rolls and croissants were stale the coffee was dreadful honey was the only spread available no yoghurt was present

the staff were helpful during check-in. the room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage! i found the restaurant accommodating, and they provided gluten-free bread for me. the location has convenient access to the metro, made getting around quite easy.
The pool was a little tricky to find. It took some time to navigate to the correct area.

broken safestained pool beds
The safe in my room was not working throughout my entire stay despite my repeated requests to reception for it to be fixed. It became apparent that different departments do not communicate effectively. Obtaining a simple fork required a trip to a busy restaurant, as reception staff stated they could not provide one. the pool beds were stained, there was no kettle in the room, and the fridge was empty.
